Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and related components • Support senior technicians with jobsite setup, material handling, and equipment staging • Follow installation plans, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures • Perform basic measurements, cutting, and material assembly as instructed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Properly use, maintain, and care for tools, equipment, and company vehicles • Learn and follow local building codes, safety regulations, and HVAC best practices • Communicate professionally with team members and, when appropriate, customers. • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, with or without assistance • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders for extended periods • Ability to work in confined spaces, including attics, basements, crawlspaces, and rooftops • Manual dexterity to safely operate tools and handle small components • Visual and auditory ability to safely perform installation tasks and identify hazards • Ability to safely operate and drive a vehicle.
