Under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations, the Maintenance Assistant assists with work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, grounds, repairs, and special projects while also performing routine janitorial and cleaning duties throughout community common areas. Clean and maintain common areas throughout Assisted Living and Memory Care, including hallways, lounges, dining areas, activity spaces, offices, entryways, restrooms, elevators, and other shared spaces.
