As a Teacher you are required to:Current licensure issued by the Ohio Department of EducationPossession of or in the process of applying for The Reading Endorsement or have passed Praxis 5203 (Teaching Reading: Elementary Education)Be flexible in your work schedule and be willing to attend/participate in professional development sessionsBe willing to serve on teamsHave the ability to relate to and teach students with diverse backgroundsDemonstrate enthusiasm in your roleAs a Teacher you will:Developing lesson plans and instructional materials and providing individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of each student.
