Clinical skills required: dysrhythmia interpretation and management, accessing and managing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line and PICC line management, IV starts, chest tube assistance, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, BiPAP/CPAP management, chemotherapy administration, PCA management, insulin drip titration, and tracheostomy care. 36-bed medical surgical oncology unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with various cancer diagnoses including breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, colon, and esophageal cancers.
