Accountabilities include, but are not limited to, regular discretion and judgement to solve problems, creating innovative solutions, interacting with customers and senior leadership, and acting as a champion for the program, through program optimization, outreach and recruitment, and mentorship of future recruits. Associates are expected to enhance their personal and professional skills and experience by rotating through different business areas over the course of three years in selected Finance roles, including but not limited to, financial planning & analysis, cost management, accounting, and strategic finance.
