Projects include commercial HVAC replacements, installations, upgrades, and larger repairs, such as water-source heat pumps, rooftop units, split systems, small ductwork installations and modifications, medium-sized piping and controls projects, projects involving subcontracted trades, and larger repairs assigned for dedicated sales and project oversight. The role combines technical sales, estimating, and hands-on project management: evaluating customer needs, developing practical solutions, pricing and selling the work, purchasing equipment and materials, and coordinating installation and subcontractors so each project delivers on its commitments.
