Working as a member of a cross-functional leadership team that includes Product, Architecture, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Operations Technology, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Operations, and other key stakeholders, the FELT Agility Enablement Lead drives alignment, coordination, and continuous improvement across the Fleet ecosystem. Special Skillset (required) The FELT Agility Enablement Lead is a member of the Fleet Ecosystem Leadership Team (FELT), a strategy and oversight layer that sits above the Fleet portfolios and ensures a single Fleet vision is consistently translated into execution across the organization.
