Key Responsibilities • Monitor and interpret continuous cardiac telemetry and 12-lead ECGs • Administer and titrate cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, anticoagulants, and vasoactive drips • Assess and document changes in patient hemodynamic status and notify providers of critical findings • Provide pre- and post-procedural care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, cardioversion, and pacemaker insertion • Educate patients and families on cardiac diagnoses, medications, and lifestyle modifications • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including cardiologists, cardiac rehabilitation staff, and case managers • Respond to rapid deterioration events and participate in code response on the unit ✅ Requirements • Active SD or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS certifications • 1+ years of Cardiology experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Pay Salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 per year.
