Responsibilities: The day-to-day operations of the cardiology practice, including oversight of clinical and administrative teams, provider operations and scheduling, staffing and workforce planning, patient access, practice workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, financial and revenue-cycle performance, and coordination of services across multiple locations. Possess a strong understanding of the operational complexities associated with a comprehensive cardiovascular program, including general cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac testing and imaging, procedural services, and coordination of hospital-based cardiovascular care.
