Job Summary: The Cardiovascular Radiographer I is a health care professional that, through the utilization of specialized equipment and under the direction of a qualified cardiologist, performs procedures on adult patients resulting in accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart and/or peripheral vascular disease while maintaining maximum patient safety. Assist in the development of performance improvement activities in the cath lab, to include ideas, data collection, data analysis and implementing change to ensure best practice in the cath lab.
