Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer Profession: Allied Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: BLS; RDCS (ARDMS) OR RCS or ACS (Advanced Cardiac Sonographer through CCI) Certifications: PALS (preferred), ACLS (preferred) Must-Have: - Echo tech skills including 2D, Doppler, color flow, 3D, strain, and contrast studies - Preferred skills in stress echo and interventional procedures - RN capabilities including TEEs, stress testing, EKG interpretation, IV management, cardioversion, mild sedation experience, and infusion - EP skills in EKG interpretation and stress testing Description: The Cardiac Sonographer will perform comprehensive echocardiographic studies including TTE, TEE, and stress echo. The role involves performing advanced TTE, TEE, stress echo, and Dobutamine stress echo studies.
