The RN implements the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator, Physicians, and ancillary staff. • Performs technical skills required for the unit’s population, including administering medications, starting IV access, and performing complex treatments.
