Responsibilities include providing care appropriate to the age of patients served, assessing and intervening when patient conditions worsen, and maintaining clinical skills, competencies, and certifications required for the specific nursing area. The RN implements the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator, Physicians, and ancillary staff.
