Serves as the accountable manager for all IT financial services, including the development, administration, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of all departmental operating, project, and capital improvement budgets. Maintain financial oversight of technology contracts, subscriptions, licensing, and maintenance agreements, including renewal dates, cost increases, funding availability, and cancellation notice deadlines.
