The Community Caseworker (CCW) develops and maintains relationships with families of client youth who may not be physically in care and ensures that they receive comprehensive services throughout their participation in the program. The CCW shows dedication and willingness to work within the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM), supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population.
