FOR ADOLESCENT PARTIAL CARE, ADULT PARTIAL CARE, AND ACUTE PARTIAL HOSPITAL: Responsible for providing direct care services including individual and group counseling, support and other activities; participating in comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge planning; maintaining clinical documentation, participating in and facilitating family and collateral meetings, team meetings and case conferences to ensure continuity of care. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
