High-level leadership and decision-making skills with a strong sense of urgency, plus proficiency in MS Office, Visio, CAD, SPC, data-analysis tools, Jira, Tableau/BI dashboards, project-management tools, and basic AI prompting or a strong curiosity for AI learning. This role leads the production and maintenance teams and works collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional partners to achieve Safety, People, Quality, Production/Delivery, and Cost KPI targets of the organization, as well as establishing a high-performance culture.
