Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist, Registered Physical Therapist, Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Special Education Teacher, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Master’s of Social Work, Master’s or Doctorate of Psychology, or minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related human services, rehabilitation, healthcare, social work, psychology, counseling, or nursing field and at least three (3) years of relevant experience in TBI/disability services that includes: case management / service coordination / brokering community-based services. The Program Director is responsible for the administration, oversight and evaluation of the licensed home care service agency, traumatic brain injury program services, residential and home community support services, and related daily operational functions of the Center for Brain Injury and Rehabilitation.
