Day to day housekeeping of the common areas within the building interior and exterior including but not limited to the common areas such as the hallways, lobby areas, stairwells, elevators, mailroom, party/entertainment rooms, guest suites, pool and locker rooms, bathrooms, greenhouse, and tennis court. Job Overview: The Resident Building Caretaker, under the direction and supervision of the Community Manager, Association Manager and FirstService Residential, are responsible for the general housekeeping, the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the common areas, on call coverage, and other duties as requested and needed.
