The purpose of this contractor role is to augment team capacity by independently executing operational networking work, allowing full-time employees (FTEs) to focus on strategic initiatives, onboarding new services, and other high-priority business objectives. They oversee day-to-day network operations, including move, add, and change (MAC) requests, maintenance activities, upgrades, and other operational networking functions that ensure the reliability and continuity of critical services.
