Maintains and repairs various architectural parts of the facilities including, but not limited to, walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, countertops, furniture, doors, and signage. Demonstrated ability to use PCs, email, and general office equipment (i.e. printers, copy machine, FAX machine, etc.) (Required proficiency).
