Essential Functions: Assist Property Manager and Facilities Manager as needed including building inspections, procuring bids, managing vendors, building operations, and projects. Working knowledge of operation for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, locks and keys, drive up equipment, vault doors, time locks, and bank security equipment.
