You will provide emotional support to patients and family members during complex and/or emotionally charged issues, such as end-of-life, terminal illness notifications, death notification (with physician), and crisis interventions. Located in Asheville, North Carolina, it’s services include a Rehabilitation Hospital, Home Health, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Hospice, Palliative Care, Private Duty, PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) and Orthotics & Prosthetics.
