Conducts interactive interviews with applicants/clients, family members, and/or representatives to determine initial and ongoing eligibility for multiple public assistance programs as defined above; utilizes interactive interview process through office, home, and/or offsite visits; enters and updates information and data into computer systems; obtains and/or assists with obtaining necessary verifications and documentation; computes budgets; completes spousal resource assessments; evaluates client employability; assigns clients to appropriate work program components; reviews benefit determinations for accuracy; processes changes as reported; processes alerts.
