Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Recruiter primarily works to build the top of the Admissions funnel by visiting high schools, churches, fairs, gap programs, and community colleges in an attempt to generate new leads, increase LBC campus visits, promote new applications, and spark overall interest in Lancaster Bible College. Connect with local youth pastors, high school guidance counselors, alumni, and friends of the college to build relationships and network with Lancaster Bible College advocates.
