12 years of senior‑level experience in DoD science & technology, RDT&E, systems engineering, prototyping, ISR systems, UxVs, C5ISR, or naval expeditionary engineering; Prior experience with NAVFAC EXWC, NIWC PAC, NSWC PCD, NAVSEA, ONR, or similar naval engineering organizations.
