div>UNIT SUMMARY: Progressive Care is a 40-bed cardiac telemetry unit for patients suffering from chest pain, chronic heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias, or who require preoperative care for catheterization or cardiac surgery. During daily accountable care unit rounding, physicians, nurses, case management team members or social workers, and members of the pharmacy team collaborate and discuss the care plans of patients.
