Work consists of: case management, starts of care (SOC), admissions, recertifications, transitional care and resumptions of care (ROC), clinical reviews, and other assessments and services, as well as new hire orientations, in-service and supervisory reviews, and input to influence our training and education, care practices and outcomes, and the success of our clients, employees and business overall. Average Low end: 4 hours + travelTypical: 4-8 hours + travelAverage High end: 8-15 hours (or more) + travel Additional Part-Time hours may also available with a 2-hour travel radius as well as willingness to provide coverage for Skilled Nursing visits (if desired and willing; not required).Full-Time may be available in the future but not at this time and is not guaranteed.
