Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts to Leads Crew Members and direct shift operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant manager including leading and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes. Position Summary: The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting and guiding team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experience during assigned shifts.
