The Business Line Operations Director is part of WSP USA''s Advisory and Planning Leadership Team with primary responsibility for supporting the Business Line Executive (BLE) with all aspects of the P&L, including revenue generation, staff utilization, EBITDA, DSO, quality, safety, and project performance.
