Manages Special Projects that the individual properties need assistance to plan and implement, including, but not limited to larger scale construction renovations, phone and e-call/security system upgrades, major lighting upgrades, roof replacement, FF&E upgrades, common area carpet replacement, rot and mildew repairs/remediation and bulk purchases. Provides facilities support on a wide range of issues relating to site and utilities including, but not limited to building envelope, machinery and equipment, environmental issues, building code and regulatory issues, and life safety issues.
