<h2>Role Overview</h2><p><strong>Sodexo </strong>is seeking an<strong> Executive Chef 2 </strong>for<strong> Centenary College </strong>located in<strong> Shreveport, LA.</strong> The <strong>Executive Chef</strong> will be responsible for all BOH daily culinary food and beverage operations for resident dining, retail and catering, as well as overall unit management. The Executive Chef will interact daily with an exceptional hourly staff, General Manager, and all managers to ensure that client expectations are being met and exceeded. Responsibilities:
<p style="margin-bottom:0in"><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p><ul><li>Assists with analyzing of processes and procedures.</li><li>Performs all administrative and clerical duties as required and instructed. Inclusive of answering multiple phones lines, properly routing calls and accurate message taking, ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate par levels of sales collateral.</li><li>Studies methods of improving work measurements on performance standards.</li><li>Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as banquet event orders, group resumes, time and attendance records and statistical records of performance data.</li><li>Prepares departmental reports review and answer correspondence. May direct services such as maintenance repair, supplies, mail and files.
