The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a design concept, sourcing the right rental pieces, coordinating with florists and vendors, building production plans, and being onsite to make sure everything comes together. This role works closely with the Sales, Creative, Floral, Culinary, and Operations teams to develop mood boards, custom station concepts, floral direction, rental selections, and overall event styling.
