Responsibilities: Supporting and managing all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence review and drafting diligence reports, redlining and negotiating agreements typically used in M&A, attending meetings and structuring transactions, advising on post-closing integration, and collaborating with internal subject matter experts and outside deal counsel. Legal drafting and negotiation support for licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, co-development agreements, research collaboration agreements, supply and laboratory management services agreements, material transfer and specimen collection agreements, and master services agreements.
