A minimum of five (5) years on the job experience that demonstrates abilities in construction related skills, including site preparation, demolition, grading, installation of basic utilities, irrigation systems, sidewalks, trails, playgrounds, structures, and landscaping. This includes field work, technical expertise, project planning, consultant and vendor coordination and contracting, problem solving, project management, cost estimating, budget tracking, and construction oversight and administration.
