Responsibilities include consulting with project managers and project controls teams, supporting the capital plan and locally funded projects and financial requirements, maintaining estimating templates, models, and Power BI dashboards, and improving processes through SharePoint automation, advanced Excel formulas and Boolean logic, VBA support, and advancing the practice through practical AI applications. This detail-oriented, highly organized role combines data analytics, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, estimate-at-completion tracking, and finance and accounting support with the review of project scope, estimating tools, and actual costs to improve estimates and financial accuracy.
