Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of stormwater management system design and purpose; Knowledge of state stormwater regulations; Skilled in the review of site plans and permits to determine compliance with County regulations related to stormwater criteria; Skilled in GIS layers and software, Microsoft Office Suite; Database and Case management; Ability to understand stormwater conditions by applying sound drainage concepts, investigating causes, and developing solutions; Ability to learn the principles, techniques and practices of topographic or hydrographic surveying and land surveying; Ability to develop and deliver outreach programs to citizen groups, homeowners, and contractors; Ability to deal with co-workers and the public with tact, patience, and courtesy; Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; Ability to organize and comprehend new information, training, and on-the-job related practices; Our benefits rank among the top in the area!
