Position Overview The Manager, Capital Asset Management supports a geographically diverse senior housing portfolio and acquisition pipeline by conducting inspections, preparing survey reports, assisting outsourced operators with capital planning, and providing owner-representative oversight of third-party project and construction managers. Position Responsibilities Acquisition Diligence and Reporting Conduct on-site inspections and assessments for senior housing acquisitions and existing assets throughout the United States, evaluating material site, envelope, roofing, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, vertical transportation, interior, and site-infrastructure conditions.
