Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Apps; Considerable knowledge of a variety of social media platforms and other software applications and services; Excellent customer service skills; Critical thinking and problem solving shills; Ability to multi-task, to handle conflicting priorities efficiently, appropriately, and productively; Ability to handle highly confidential information with an appropriate level of discretion; Ability to work independently and effectively in a deadline driven, rapidly changing team environment; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, parents, students, news media staff, external agencies, external agencies, and the public.
