The Logistics Supervisor is responsible to oversee, and coordinate activities of workers concerned with shipping and movement of turbine blades, storing, inventorying, ordering, receiving, issuing materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard. Supervise Shipping/Warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring the team is organized and maintains the required qualification and competency levels.
