The incumbent will lead all financial administration, planning and budgeting and will advise, assist, and serve the CEO, the Board of Directors, and MLT in fulfilling their role, including: (1) development and implementation of organizational financial strategies and strategic planning (2) development of financial plans and economic modeling (3) ) identification, prioritization, and allocation of resources for ministry wide key projects and strategic initiatives (4) increased efficiency, collaboration, communication for business, financial, and operational systems in support of strategic initiatives (5) oversight of all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the ministry (6) leadership of all financial administration, business planning, budget process, operational administration, business planning, and project management. Reporting to and partnering with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide leadership for K-LOVE financial strategy, operational projects and efficiency, policy and direction while also being a key participant on the Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) helping to establish, communicate, and accomplish the ministry’s overall vision.
