Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this executive will have enterprise-wide accountability for Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, clinical quality improvement, clinical programs, clinical operations, coding and risk adjustment, and provider credentialing. This is an opportunity for a leader who is comfortable creating structure where it doesn't yet exist, establishing processes and accountability, building high-performing teams, and personally driving initiatives from strategy through implementation.
