The Vice President & General Counsel is responsible for serving as the on-site General Counsel of Camden-Clark Health Services, Inc. (CCHS), and its subsidiaries, with the assistance, as needed, of the other Assistant Counsel, Associate Counsel, Assistant Vice Presidents ("AVP"), Deputy General Counsel ("DGC"), and the Chief Legal Officer ("CLO") of WVUHS Legal Services. Assists Associate General Counsels, AVPs, DGC, and CLO of WVUHS Legal Services, as needed, with the handling of transactions involving CCHS, and its subsidiaries, and, as appropriate, handles such matters directly.
