10+ years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in data centers/power/infrastructure/real estate with direct capital markets experience (project finance, leveraged finance, project bonds, CMBS). Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, and operations, on a variety of work streams originating in both Capital Markets and other functional teams.
