The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Provide advanced manufacturing engineering support and technical leadership by interpreting customer and internal drawings, specifications, processes, and procedures, and determining impacts to safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and manufacturing readiness. Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities with experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCCA, PFMEA/FMEA, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making, along with proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, and QMS platforms.
