Prepare patients for procedures and assist during minor procedures as directed by licensed providers• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, imaging, laboratory studies, and follow-up appointments in collaboration with the NP and clinical team• Support documentation workflows, including ensuring completion of forms, scanning records, and assisting with EHR-related tasks as appropriate• Facilitate communication between patients, providers, residents, nursing staff, and ancillary services.• Assist with patient education, discharge instructions, and care coordination under provider direction.• Support the NP and Maxillofacial Surgery providers during outpatient clinics, inpatient care activities, and procedural encounters• Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, chief complaints, and relevant clinical information• Assist with clinic flow, patient throughput, and preparation of examination and procedure rooms.
