As an Application Analyst, a typical day may include: Supporting application design and build activities for assigned workflows, configurations, screens, templates, data fields, and customer-defined functionality under guidance from senior analysts and leadership. Participating in unit, application, integrated, upgrade, and enhancement testing; execute test scripts and document results, issues, and troubleshooting outcomes, Providing basic go-live, post go-live, and on-call application support, escalating more complex customer or build issues when appropriate.
