Required Experience: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education/License requirements: holds a valid and current Vocational Nurse license from the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians; or, Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program; or, Current national certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants or state certification from California Certifying Board of Medical Assistant preferred. Support new clinic support staff employees in the workflow of clinic support procedures specific to NVIH in line with Policies and Procedures and communicate with the direct supervisor to identify training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
