Essential Job Functions: Provide physical support to assist residents to perform daily living activities, such as lifting, transfers, assisting with bed mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, exercising, serving and assisting with meals, and taking vital signs. Promotes personal safety and the safety of the residents with a clean and safe environment for residents by observing infection control practices, following facility guidelines, and reporting unsafe situation to the nurse.
