The Facilities Manager oversees day-to-day building operations, identifies cost-effective solutions, supports compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, and manages one direct report, the Facilities Coordinator. • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs or ladders, and move through office, mechanical, electrical, boiler, rooftop, and equipment areas as needed to perform facility inspections and support operations.
